Is this app only for women already in menopause?
Absolutely not! This app is designed for women aged 35–80, including those in perimenopause
Do I get access if I purchased the last Buns & Guns program?
Great question! Unfortunately, if you have purchased our previous Buns & Guns program you will not be granted free access to the competition and app.
Is there a competition with the program?
Yes! We will award $10,000 to one hard-working, menopausal woman, who has made the biggest transformation. (Not the biggest weight loss.)
Do I have to be in menopause to join?
No, but we do require all competition entrants to be in perimenopause at least, which is clinically proven to begin at age 35 in all women.
Are there specific follow-along meal plans, or do we create our own? How restrictive are they?
We have created simple and delicious meal plans suitable for everyone! We have vegan, vegetarian, omnivore and gluten free options. If you don’t want to follow our meal plan, simply build your own from the recipes in the app! It’s super easy to do. Don’t like a meal in the plan? Simply substitute it for something else!
If I am competing in the Extreme Menopause Body Makeover Program can I take part in this challenge?
Of course! Extreme Menopause Body Makeover won’t end until a couple months after this one, so it’s perfectly fine to take part in both. We would never stop our members from joining one of our challenges to stay motivated and moving forward.
How much time is needed to work out each day?
The gym workouts take about 45 minutes, and the follow-along workouts are 30 minutes. Cardio will start at 2 sessions of 30 minutes per day, slowly increasing by 10 minutes every 2 weeks up to 2 x 45 minutes a day. This gradual increase helps you fit it into your schedule while getting maximum fat-burning results. PLUS it can be as simple as a power walk twice a day, so no need to worry about raising cortisol levels or “stressing” your menopausal body.
What if I’m already using another app for tracking macros or workouts?
Great news: this app replaces all of those! With a built-in macro tracker, meal planner, and workouts customized for women in perimenopause & beyond, you’ll have everything you need in one place—no more juggling multiple subscriptions or trying to make generic tools fit your needs.
What if I’m not tech-savvy?
No worries! The app is super easy to use, even if you’re not great with technology. With step-by-step guidance, clear video tutorials, and 24/7 support, you’ll quickly feel confident using every feature.
Do I need a gym membership for the workouts?
Nope! All of the workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment, but if you prefer the gym, we’ve got you there, too! You’ll find options for both home, home gym and gym-based routines, including follow-along workouts.
